Welcome to Siti Slicker Suris
We have now completed our transition from Staten Island to Bucks County. AHHHHHHHHHHHH. Our barn is finished, Cock is crowing on the roof. All of our Sensational Suris are now with us. What a joy to be able to spend time with them. We had two new babies born this fall. Well, there you have it - in a nutshell. I hope you will come visit our farm and enjoy the beautiful countryside, spend time with our friendlier-than-all get-out alpacas and even pick up an alpaca product or two (or alpacas) to take home and enjoy! You don't need to have your own farm to own these lovely creatures, you can do what we did for the past several years and board them with alpaca breeders and still enjoy the tax advantages. The products made from their fleece is extraordinary; warmer than wool, more light weight and IT DOESN'T ITCH!

How does one begin raising Alpacas in Staten Island, NY and eventually wind up with a farm of their own in beautiful Buck’s County PA! Let’s try to condense it, shall we. Several years ago I accompanied a friend to an alpaca auction and became hooked. I was intrigued by the animals. The investment aspect and tax advantage didn’t hurt either. I purchased a mom and her cria. Well, need I say more…. Of course, my husband was quite oblivious to my exploits but you know how it is after you’re married for so many years; he just figured it was another one of my “Lucy” schemes and the details would work themselves out. HA! Little did he (or I) know how wrong that assumption was!
